Prospecting Lead/ Sales
Research companies to identify target accounts and understand their business context Maintain prospect lists with accurate contact information in CRM pipeline Track buying signals including funding announcements, job postings, and leadership changes Personalize messaging based on prospect research (not generic templates) that demonstrates understanding of their business Draft polished B2B marketing content and sales messaging that adapts tone for different audiences Book discovery meetings for qualified opportunities Prepare meeting briefs with research and context for James
Sales Operations & Coordination
Translate meeting outcomes into actionable projects and coordinate with technical teams to ensure deliverables are ready for sales calls Update CRM with lead information, interaction history, and pipeline status Update and maintain lead intake artifacts and documentation for all sales calls Track sales deliverables and coordinate across teams Manage CEO's calendar, inbox prioritization, and meeting scheduling with prospects
Marketing Execution & Content
Schedule and publish social media content across LinkedIn and X Create simple graphics and visual content using Canva or similar design tools Track marketing campaign performance and prepare analytical reports Craft persuasive appropriate messaging for various marketing channels
Administrative Support
Coordinate travel arrangements and personal meeting logistics Review talent pipelines in ATS and proactively schedule candidate follow-ups
Requirements
Sales & Marketing Experience
Experience in B2B sales development, outbound prospecting, or marketing Fundamental understanding of B2B marketing strategies and the sales cycle Strong interest or solid knowledge of B2B email and content marketing
Communication & Writing Skills
Exceptional written English skills Capable of personalizing outreach messages that demonstrate research and relevance (not generic templates) Advanced spoken English for client communication and professional interactions Ability to adapt tone and style for corporate audiences and different stakeholder levels
Technical Capabilities & Tools
Technical aptitude to grasp and articulate concepts related to AI-enabled software services Practical experience with email marketing platforms (MailChimp, Kit, or similar) Strong proficiency with professional social media platforms (LinkedIn, X) Familiarity with Canva or similar design tools Advanced skills with CRM platforms and sales pipeline management Fast learner with new software, AI tools, and automation platforms Comfortable working with ATS systems and recruiting workflows
Research & Analytical Skills
